In his recent series of articles about the dangers of globalism and the New World Order, Victor Davis Hanson suggests that, after conservative citizens vanquish the Marxist threat, the conservatives can “just go back to what worked before.” [The Great Regression, Victor Davis Hanson, The American Mind, July 5, 2022].
Hanson’s initial false premise is that conservatives will beat the Democrat Marxists into abject submission, and after regaining legitimate authority, conservatives can return to their former allegiance to Madison’s constitution.
A crushing, permanent, conservative victory over the Marxists is not going to happen, and Hanson’s suggestion of a return to Madison’s glorious constitution is a pipe dream. After the mythical conservative victory, the Marxists will still be here, subverting liberty.
In that glorious future panacea, Hanson writes that,
“Closed and secure borders with only legal and measured immigration will return. Americans will demand tough police enforcement and deterrent sentencing, and a return to integration and the primacy of individual character rather than separatist fixations on the “color our skin.”
Hanson cannot bring himself to admit that it was Madison’s flawed document that got common middle and working class citizens into this mess. Madison’s republic was flawed from the beginning because he isolated the institutions of government in the hands of the few, and did not provide the many with the power to control the government.
Madison feared the collective will of the majority of the people, and “We, the people,” have no recourse to regain liberty. In other words, Madison’s fatal flaw was that his document left citizens defenseless against tyranny.
The Marxist Democrats learned how to subvert Madison’s only shred of democratic accountability in legitimate elections, and they learned that the Republicans will not hold them responsible for staging a successful silent coup to overthrow Madison’s representative republic.
Common citizens now find themselves with an illegitimate, unelected imbecile Marxist tyrant ruling them, without the constitutional, or the practical political, mechanism to get rid of the imposter.
Hanson’s second false premise is that the U. S. corporate elite, who are promoting the New World Order, are patriotic American citizens, who will pledge allegiance and fidelity to Madison’s constitution, after the conservative crushing defeat of the Marxists.
Hanson correctly identifies the New World Order as a threat, but fails to identify who it is that is responsible in America, for undermining national sovereignty.
“Reset offers us a global Fabian socialist future, repackaged as a European Union-like top-down diktat. But above all, the agenda incorporates the pop insights of various half-educated corporate billionaires. All now find themselves in a secure enough position to dabble with Trotskyite ideas—to be foisted upon others not so fortunate and lacking their own exemptions from the toxicity of the elite’s theories… the [New World Order] is an idea of a top-down, centrally planned schema, cooked up by elites without any firsthand knowledge, or even worry, how it would affect the middle classes and poor.”
As we explain in our book, Updating Schumpeter’s Gales of Creative Destruction, [www.gabbypress.com] the elites who “cooked up” the New World Order are the U. S. corporate members of the U. S. China Business Council and the Business Roundtable, when they gained China’s entry into the World Trade Organization, in 2001.
Those U. S. corporate elites have now co-opted the Marxist Democrats, with funding and organizational support, and deploy the Marxist hordes as foot-soldiers to move the globalist agenda forward.
“Going back” to Madison’s constitution is not going to change the political dynamic of the big corporations colluding with the Marxist Democrats. [The American Left’s Emerging Social Class Consciousness of Envy In Collusion With the Existing American Ruling Class Consciousness of Greed. CLP News Network, October 19, 2020].
We argue that it was Madison’s intent to create an aristocracy, as correctly predicted by George Mason, and that it was Madison’s version of the American Dream that fueled the ascendancy of corporate power in the modern deep state. [America’s Final Revolution, Gabby Press, 2022.]
Madison’s constitution is defective and must be replaced with a new constitution.
In recent weeks, Marxist Democrats have also begun questioning the validity of Madison’s document, and suggesting that a new constitution is required to better achieve their goal of social justice.
Hannah Bleau, writing in Breitbart, (July 14, 2022), states that “Most Democrats Believe the Constitution Is Racist and Sexist.”
“Most Democrats, however, 64 percent, believe that the document is sexist and gives men advantages over women. Of those, 32 percent “strongly” agree with that assertion. Perhaps what is more, 49 percent of Democrats believe the Constitution should be “mostly or completely rewritten,” compared to 47 percent of Democrats who disagree. ..According to Rasmussen Reports: Most of President Joe Biden’s strongest supporters are in favor of rewriting the Constitution. Among voters who Strongly Approve of Biden’s job performance as president, 54% at least somewhat agree that the Constitution “should be mostly or completely rewritten.”
We agree with the Marxist Democrats that they should re-create their own new constitution, and allow citizens in the current states to vote on adopting the constitution of the Socialist States of America.
After the constitutional referendum, in the current Democrat states, left-wing citizens in non-socialist states can be afforded an opportunity to migrate to their new chosen nation.
And, patriot citizens in the new socialist states can be given an opportunity to move to the Democratic Republic of America.
This strategy of a peaceful, non-violent divorce is a better idea than the idea raised by Kurt Schlicter, in his recent article, Are We Looking At Another Civil War? [TownHall July 11, 2022].
“The most important question related to the long decline of America at the hands of a corrupt, incompetent, and terminally foolish ruling caste that controls our major institutions is whether we can pull out of this tailspin without bloodshed…The evidence is that the left remains ideologically open to using violence in the future to achieve its goals… [The Marxist solution] leaves the exercise of raw power as the only means to solve problems, a situation common in much of the rest of the world. But we must look the monster of political violence in its eyes if we hope to defeat it.”
Sadly, Schlichter makes the same mistake as Hanson about returning to Madison’s constitution, after the Marxists are defeated.
“We have the Constitution, and it gives us the answers to all our questions. We citizens must demand that we do our fighting in the political arena instead of on the battlefield.”
Madison’s constitution does not provide the answer to how common citizens can get rid of an illegitimate imbecile Marxist tyrant.
Madison’s constitution ended on November 3, 2020, in a successful Marxist coup. Patriots cannot go back again because the Marxists will never end their war on common citizens, as long as they remain in a union with non-Marxists.
As correctly diagnosed by E.W. Jackson, in his article, “Cabal of leftist elitists orchestrating America’s cultural disintegration,” [Washington Times, July 13, 2022],
“The use of race as a tool of political manipulation is a cancer destroying the body politic. This disease is transforming our institutions into weapons aimed at us… The Democrat Party, supported by Marxist allies, claims that white supremacy is the foundation of our culture. Nikole Hannah-Jones, head of The 1619 Project, says that the Revolutionary War was fought to preserve slavery. Black Lives Matter says that systemic or structural racism is behind free enterprise, the Constitution, the police and everything else in America. Ibram X. Kendi, Boston University professor and LGBTQ activist, in his book “Anti-Racist Baby,” argues that white people are racist from birth. These Marxists have turned our colleges, universities, public schools, major corporations, mainstream media, professional sports and the entertainment industry into instruments of cultural disintegration.”
We agree with Jackson that there is nothing of cultural or institutional value left to return to in Madison’s constitution. The Marxists destroyed the former United States of America, and remaining in a union with them is not possible, under Madison’s constitution.
We explain, in our new book, America’s Final Revolution, that the new constitution must embrace Jefferson’s version of the entrepreneurial capitalist American Dream, and enshrine Locke’s principle that the defense of individual liberty is the mission of the new Democratic Republic of America.
