Title: Running for President In Order to Run From the Law.
Our podcast today examines the logic of Schiff’s impeachment allegation that Trump “used a foreign government to investigate a political opponent.”
Schiff’s entire argument hinges on Biden’s candidacy as an opponent to Trump.
By running for President, Biden provided Schiff with an excuse to accuse President Trump of asking a foreign leader to investigate his opponent.
On October 3, 2019, Schiff stated,
“The president of the United States is encouraging a foreign nation to interfere again to help his campaign by investigating a rival is a fundamental breach of the presidential oath of office. It endangers our elections; it endangers our national security. It ought to be condemned by every member of this body, Democrats and Republicans alike. The president of the United States is suggesting — urging — a foreign country to interfere in our presidential elections…”
Both Democrats and Republicans echo this talking point link between Trump’s call and using Ukraine to undermine Biden’s candidacy.
Hillary Clinton believes that Trump asked Ukraine to influence the 2020 elections, tweeting
“The president asked a foreign power to help him win an election. Again.”
Susan Collins stated, on October 5, 2019,
“It is “completely inappropriate” for a president to encourage a foreign state to investigate a political rival.”
If Biden was not a candidate, then Schiff’s allegation would change to “Trump asked a foreign government to investigate its own internal corruption.”
Before Biden was a candidate, Trump’s inquiry into corruption in Ukraine would appear normal, as a precaution before giving Ukraine more military aid.
After Biden loses the nomination, and is no longer a candidate, Trump’s effort to root out corruption in Ukraine cannot be used by Schiff to accuse Trump of using a foreign government to investigate his opponent.
In other words, Schiff must hope that Biden remains a viable candidate long enough for Schiff’s Ukraine hoax to work to impeach Trump.
Biden must hope that Schiff continues making his allegation, so that Biden can continue to run for President, in order to run from the law.
This is similar to Hillary’s strategy of covering her criminal acts, after she got elected. Biden must continue to run for president to provide cover for his criminal acts.
Our podcast argues that Schiff’s impeachment effort is part of a bigger Democrat effort to destroy the American rule of law. The American rule of law is based upon equal application of the law to all citizens, who are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
When Pelosi repeats her talking point that Trump is not above the law, she is repeating part of principle of the American rule of law. The only people in Pelosi’s socialism that are above the rule of law are Hillary, Pelosi, and the other Democrat political elites in the deep state.
The rule of law is a constitutional agreement among citizens to voluntarily obey the civil rules and procedures of justice. Socialism is not a voluntary system, it is a coercive use of the police power to compel citizens to obey socialist law.
Our podcast argues that it is not simply hatred of Donald Trump that motivates Schiff. Schiff deeply believes in Obama’s vision of global socialism, and that vision was derailed by Trump’s victory.
The key actor in Schiff’s protection racket is Obama. The Democrats must shield Obama from criminal charges in order to have any prospect of implementing Obama’s global socialist vision.
Biden’s candidacy provides more time for Schiff and the deep state agents to cover up Obama’s corruption, until either Biden, or some other Democrat, can win in 2020, and end the investigation of Obama’s corruption.
Destruction of the rule of law means that Schiff must deny President Trump his 6th Amendment right to confront the whistleblower.
Trump’s 6th amendment right is superior to the whistleblower’s claim of anonymity.
Destruction of the rule of law means having the whistleblower testify from a remote location and obscuring the individual’s appearance. It means denying Republicans the right to cross-examine the witness or issue subpoenas to compel testimony.
This podcast concludes that the stark ideological divisions over the American rule of law between the Democrats and natural rights conservatives constitute the unimpeachable evidence that this current constitution failed to prevent tyranny.
In Madison’s conception of tyranny, the majority of Democrats in the House terrorize the minority of Republicans of their rights. Madison’s flaw left the citizens defenseless to protect their civil liberties and natural rights from the Jacobin socialists.
The citizens are now entirely dependent on William Barr to uphold the American rule of law.
The split between the Democrat’s vision of the rule of law, under socialism, and the American rule of law is irreconcilable and irrevocable.
The only non-violent solution to the split between the Democrats and conservatives is a civil dissolution of the current constitution, and the creation of a new constitution based upon the framework of state sovereignty, outlined in America’s first Constitution, The Articles of Confederation.
The right person to lead the new political movement is Lou Dobbs.

Schiff’s Impeachment Strategy.
Schiff outlined his impeachment strategy on May 12, 2019, two months before Trump’s call to the Ukraine President.
On May 12, Schiff stated,
“And here the president of the United States is saying it’s perfectly OK for him — and he has said this before — to go to the attorney general and get them to open an investigation of his rivals. And you know, that does add to the sense of crisis that these democratic norms are being broken down every day. The president was going to get the help of another foreign government in a presidential election.”
As a part of his planning to entrap Trump in his July 25th call, Schiff colluded with CIA deep state spies to have them in place in the White House as “whistleblowers.”
Schiff coordinated the CIA deep state whistleblower spies with his collusion with the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community in order to change the rules of protocol on whistleblower complaints to allow second hand testimony.
The IGIC admitted that it did alter its forms and policies governing whistleblower complaints, in September, and that it did so in response to the anti-Trump complaint filed on August 12, 2019.
The IGIC admitted that he backdated the rules change, in September, to cover the August 12 complaint.
After the whistleblower rules had been changed, the IGIC issued a report that the complaint “appears credible.” Joseph Maguire, the acting director of national intelligence stated,
“I think the whistleblower followed the law every step of the way.”
In other words, both the CIA and the IGIC are co-conspirators with Schiff to overthrow the Trump Presidency.
After Trump released the call transcript, Schiff concocted a dramatic soliloquy, by reading “the essence” of the president’s words from the Congressional testimony of Joseph Maguire.
In his dramatic reading, Schiff stated that Trump told Zelensky,
“I want you to make up dirt on my political opponent, understand, lots of it, on this and on that. I’m going to put you in touch with people, not just any people, I’m going to put you in touch with the attorney general of the United States, my attorney general Bill Barr. He’s got the whole weight of the American law enforcement behind him.”
At the end of his soliloquy, Schiff stated,
“President Donald Trump’s telephone conversation with the leader of Ukraine exposed serious wrongdoing. The fact that we’re not even done with (the Russian hoax) of the last foreign interference in our election, and now Trump is going to get the help of another foreign government in a presidential election. Investigating a rival is a fundamental breach of the President’s oath of office.”
His dramatic reading followed perfectly his May 12, 2019 script of impeachment. But, Schiff needed the evidence of the whistleblower to implement his strategy.
After he got the whistleblower report, in August, Schiff said:
“I think one of the most pernicious threats to our democracy is one that’s been revealed in just the last couple of weeks — and that is the president of the United States would use the full power of his office to attempt to coerce a foreign leader, the leader of another country … beholden to the United States for its defense, for its economy, for diplomatic support, (and) abuse the power of his office to coerce that country into intervening in our election on his behalf by investigating his political rival.”
The Anonymous CIA Whistleblower.
In his October 5th, 2019, article on the impeachment hoax, Andrew McCarthy offered two possible explanations of Schiff’s entrapment of Trump.
McCarthy wrote,
“But the question is: Do the Democrats have a good-faith belief that President Trump has engaged in high crimes and misdemeanors, or are they engaged in a political stunt, the objectives of which are to appease irrational elements of their base in order to batter Trump for 2020 election purposes?
The answer is neither of the above. Schiff’s impeachment is the Democrat’s effort to use Congress to hide Obama’s corruption.
Schiff said,
“President Donald Trump’s attack on an intelligence officer whistleblower amounts to an “incitement of violence. The president wants to characterize the intelligence officer whistleblower as “treasonous.” Let’s not make a mistake here, the president wants to make this all about the whistleblower and suggest that the people (deep state agents) who come forward with evidence of his wrongdoing are somehow treasonous and should be treated as traitors and spies,”
Schiff’s motive for keeping the identity of the CIA agent secret is that it would expose Schiff’s collusion with the CIA agent, beginning in May, when Schiff outlined his impeachment strategy.
The identity of the whistleblower would also expose the IGIC as deep state co-conspirators with Schiff. They both colluded with the whistleblower to concoct a conspiracy to remove Trump.
Other co-conspirators are promoting the idea that the whistleblower’s secret identity is superior to Trump’s 6th Amendment rights.
Republican presidential candidate Bill Weld said,
“President Donald Trump should consider himself lucky if he doesn’t face the death penalty for asking a foreign entity to probe his political enemies. The president has gone far beyond merely undermining Democratic institutions.”
Senator Rob Portman supported Schiff by stating that Trump was wrong to seek assistance from Ukraine and China in investigating Joe Biden.
“The president should not have raised the Biden issue on that call. It’s not appropriate for a president to engage a foreign government in an investigation of a political opponent.”
Schumer stated,
“If the president is essentially withholding military aid at the same time that he is trying to browbeat a foreign leader into doing something illicit that is providing dirt on his opponent during a presidential campaign, then (impeachment) may be the only remedy that is coequal to the evil that conduct represents,”

Andrew Card, chief of staff for President George W. Bush, said he thinks an impeachment inquiry is warranted but warned that people should wait to see evidence from the probe before making up their minds on impeachment.
The evidence that Card refers to is the report from the whistleblower, the identity that Schiff is keeping secret to cover his collusion with the whistleblower.
In September, Schiff acknowledged that the whistleblower had reached out to him before the whistleblower filed a complaint in mid-August.
Before he made that statement, in September, Schiff had lied about the identity of the whistleblower. Schiff stated, in August, that,
“We have not spoken directly to the whistleblower, and I do not know the identity of the whistleblower, and have not met with or spoken with the whistleblower or their counsel for any reason.”
Schiff knew the identity of the whistleblower in May because he had reached out to the CIA agent to concoct the impeachment conspiracy, and it is essential for Schiff to keep that part of his hoax secret to avoid being charged with treason.
This is my conclusion.
All of Schiff’s impeachment hoaxes are about protecting Obama from criminal prosecution.
Schiff and Obama despise the competitive free market system and individualism.
Like all socialists they are cock-sure in their moral authority that socialism is better than free markets, and that America must be destroyed, in order to implement a socialist society.
In his article, “The Madness of Progressive Projection,” Victor Davis Hanson suggests, that the entire socialist psychology is explained by “I Accuse You of Doing What I Did!”
Hanson is partially correct that Schiff’s impeachment is a projection of what Biden had already done. Hanson states,
“When Joe Biden makes the accusation that Trump was colluding with the new Ukrainian president to reopen investigation of the Biden influence-peddling conglomerate, naturally we knew that Ukraine in general had been leveraged in the past to help the Clinton campaign, and by Biden himself in particular to enrich his own son. Every charge that Biden levels against Trump’s supposed thought crimes amounts to more evidence of his own real wrongdoing in using threats to cut off aid to a foreign nation in exchange for dropping investigation of his wayward son.”
Hanson is also correct to name Obama as the main figure in the Democrat’s hoax. Hanson states,
“the last three years were really not about Trump at all. He was entirely irrelevant, and was referenced largely as a means to preempt investigation of massive Obama-era illegality in 2016, which centered on warping the law to destroy Trump’s detestable and dangerous campaign that threatened Democratic control of the government.”
But, Hanson misidentifies the main psychological trait of the socialists. Projection is only a subordinate trait to their main trait of moral arrogance.
Obama believes that he is morally superior to non-socialists, because Obama knows better than the citizens that socialism is better than free market individualism.
The moral arrogance of Schiff enables him to destroy the American rule of law in his impeachment hoax.
This same trait of moral arrogance is the trait required in all totalitarian regimes to be able to eliminate, or kill, their enemies, which is exactly what Schiff is doing in trying to eliminate Trump with his hoax to link Trump’s call to Zelensky as the prop that Trump was using Ukraine to undermine Biden’s candidacy.
