Episode 3. April 4, 2019
Topic Category. Replacing the Vichy Republicans
Title: Is Chief Justice Roberts A Closet Democrat?
Our podcast today addresses the Republican Party absence on the ideological field of battle with the Democrat socialists over the defense of individual freedom.
There is no organized ideological defense of private property and individual liberty by the Republicans, and our podcast today explains the reason for the Republican Party non-engagement with Democrat socialists.
The Democrats are united in promoting their ideology of global socialism as superior to free market capitalism. This fervent allegiance to global socialism is the single most important explanation of the behavior of Democrats in promoting their hatred of President Trump.
All of the left-wing torture and killings by socialist regimes around the globe are caused by this ideology of repression. The reason for the repression is that socialism is not based upon voluntary allegiance to the rule of law.
Our podcast today is under the topic category Replacing the Vichy Republicans and is titled, Is Chief Justice Roberts a Closet Democrat?

In his March 13, 2019 analysis of Chief Justice John Roberts, Kevin Daley raised the issue that Roberts was breaking away from conservative ideology, to join with the four liberal judges on the Supreme Court.
Daley opened his article by stating, “Chief Justice John Roberts has made common cause with the Supreme Court’s liberal bloc as late, breaking with his conservative colleagues on cases relating to abortion, the death penalty and President Donald Trump’s revised rules for asylum seekers.”
In the lead up to the Court’s decision on immigration, Daley noted that the 9th Circuit Court had ruled that ruled that Trump’s rules were, “squarely at odds with federal law and international agreements to which the U.S. is party.”
The 9th Court’s text about international law goes to the heart of explaining Republican Party behavior in support of open borders.
Daley noted that Roberts had rebuked Trump for calling the judge in the 9th Circuit an Obama judge. Roberts said that there were no liberal judges or conservative judges on the Federal bench.
Daley concluded his analysis of Robert’s behavior by suggesting two plausible hypothesis.
First, Daley suggested that Roberts may be a closet Democrat.
Or, Daley suggested a scond, more benevolent, interpretation of Roberts by noting, “A qualified approach-avoidance hypothesis may be at work. Roberts wants the court to avoid controversy to the maximum extent possible — but sometimes duty demands a decision.”
Roberts Is A Vichy Republican.
A better, more accurate interpretation of Robert’s politics is that he is a Vichy Republican.
The Vichy Republicans are corporate globalists, who want open global borders to facilitate global transactions.
The Republicans are not a party in competition with the Democrats, the Republicans are collaborators with the Democrats in implementing a one world global government.
Chief Justice Roberts, and the institutional Republican Party, collaborate with Democrat socialists today, which looks just like the French Vichy collaboration with the Nazis in 1942.
The French Vichy collaborated with Hitler to maintain their positions of social privilege in France, just like the anti-Trump Republicans collaborate with the socialists today.
There is nothing incompatible between the Republican corporate globalist goal of open borders and the socialist vision of a one-world socialist government.
It is fake news for pundits, like Daley, to suggest that there are two parts of the Republican Party, the RINOs and a valiant tiny band of conservatives.
There is only one Republican Party, the Vichy Republicans, and Roberts is a Vichy Republican.
Senate Republican’s Slap Down Trump’s Border Emergency.
Several weeks after Roberts sided with the 4 liberal Democrats, Republicans in the Senate also sided with the Democrats on the issue of a national border emergency.
According to Lisa Mascaro, writing for the Associated Press, “In a stunning rebuke, a dozen defecting Republicans joined Senate Democrats Thursday to block the national emergency that President Donald Trump declared so he could build his border wall with Mexico. The rejection capped a week of confrontation with the White House as both parties in Congress strained to exert their power in new ways.”
Just like Justice Roberts, the 12 Senators who voted with the Democrats, are Vichy Republicans.
In response to the Senate rebuke of Trump, former President George Bush praised the Republicans, and stated, “immigrants are critical to strengthening and renewing America.”
George Bush is an open border Vichy Republican.
Republican Collaboration On Impeachment
According to an article by Rowan Scarborough, in The Washington Times, “As a result of secret testimony in Congress, two years ago, the Republicans have known for 2 years that the Steele Dossier and Robert Meullers witch hunt were bogus from the start…The Republicans have known that Mr. Steele also adopted a postelection strategy to damage or perhaps stop the Trump presidency.”
The national Republican Party did not issue a response to the news of a Democrat coup d’etat because the Vichy Republican Party would not object to President Trump’s removal by impeachment.
Scarborough wrote, “Mr. Steele worked in tandem with David Kramer, the McCain aide. Mr. Kramer obtained from Mr. Steele via a middleman copies of the dossier on Nov. 29, 2016. From there, Mr. Kramer testified in a libel case, and he and Mr. Steele worked to saturate reporters with dossier material.”
Scarborough continued, “Mr. Steele’s dossier was financed by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee. Thus, Mr. Kramer, a Republican, became an unwitting Democratic Party operative.”
A better description for Kramer than unwitting Democratic Party operative is “Vichy Republican collaborator.”
For two years, the Vichy Republicans never attempted to stop Mueller’s inquisition because they would not mind if Trump was removed from office by a Democrat bogus impeachment proceeding.
Replacing the Vichy Republican Party.
Victor Davis Hanson calls the Republican Never Trumpers “Counterfeit Leftists.”
The Never Trump Republicans, wrote Hanson, “hold rural and working class Americans in greater contempt than the left.”
While Hanson’s analysis of the counterfeit leftists is accurate, Hanson does not offer any ideas or strategies for conservatives to deal with the Vichy Republican collaborators.
The solution is simple. Republicans are unworthy allies in the defense of liberty and must be replaced by an authentic conservative political party.
Urging voters to continue to vote for Republicans is illogical.
The outcome of voting for Republicans leads to a Chief Justice Roberts, a George Bush, a John McCain, and 12 Vichy Senators, who promised to be conservative, if they were elected.
Our podcast today demonstrates the irreconcilable differences between Vichy Counterfeit leftists and the defense of individual liberties of a natural rights republic.
The Democrat socialists have a God-given natural right to create their own new nation and live under the slavery of state socialism.
The Democrats do not have a moral authority to impose their slavery on natural rights conservatives.
The only peaceful, non-violent solution to the nation’s conflict is to dissolve the nation into two new nations:
The Socialist States of America
The Democratic Republic of America.
At the point of the creation of the two new nations, the Vichy Republicans will have to choose which side they are on.
